Our Bastrop team needs skilled equipment operators who can run trenchers and vibratory plows safely and productively. You will work closely with drillers and labor crews on fiber and utility projects in urban and suburban environments.
What you’ll do
- Operate trenchers, plows, and related underground construction equipment.
- Read grade, depth, and alignment requirements from prints and field marks.
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance issues.
- Coordinate with crew leads to maintain production and quality standards.
- Follow all company safety procedures and jobsite rules.
What we’re looking for
- 2+ years operating underground utility or civil construction equipment.
- Experience with Ditch Witch or similar equipment preferred.
- Ability to work at elevation and in Colorado weather conditions.
- Valid driver's license; CDL a plus.
- Strong safety record.
