Smart crews in Texas need motivated laborers who want to learn underground utility construction and grow into equipment or lead roles. This is hands-on field work supporting trenching, conduit placement, restoration, and general jobsite support.
What you’ll do
- Assist with trenching, conduit placement, backfill, and site cleanup.
- Set up and maintain traffic control, cones, and safety barriers.
- Handle hand tools, shovel work, and material staging as directed.
- Follow locates, prints, and foreman direction on every task.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
What we’re looking for
- Construction or outdoor labor experience preferred; training provided.
- Ability to perform physical work in heat and varying conditions.
- Reliable attendance and team-first attitude.
- Valid driver's license preferred.
- Willingness to complete safety orientation and PPE requirements.
- Must have bank account.
